Xclusive Painting Company is a family-owned painting contractor operating from two offices in Northeast Ohio: 15110 Foltz Pkwy, Suite 108, Strongsville, OH 44149 and 77 Milford Dr, Suite 254, Hudson, OH 44236. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means Xclusive Painting Company. Questions about this policy can be directed to us using the details at the bottom of this page.
When you request a free estimate through the form on our website, we collect the information you enter: your first and last name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field. When you call or text us, we collect your phone number and the details of your enquiry. When we visit your property to prepare an estimate, we collect the property address and details about the work.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver your estimate, schedule and perform the work, send you the review request we send after every completed project, and keep records of the projects we have done. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Website hosting. Our site is hosted by Netlify. Like every web host, Netlify records standard server logs when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. Netlify's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.
Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies and records that you visited our site, which pages you viewed, whether you tapped a phone number, and whether you submitted the estimate form. We use this to measure whether our advertising on Facebook and Instagram is working and to show our ads to people who are more likely to be interested in painting services. Meta may also use this data in line with its own data policy. You can control how Meta uses data from sites like ours in your Facebook ad settings, and you can block the pixel entirely with a browser extension or by disabling cookies for facebook.net.
Google reCAPTCHA. Our estimate form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Other embedded services. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, a video from Cloudflare Stream, and an accreditation seal from the Better Business Bureau. Each of those services receives your IP address when the resource loads, in the same way any image or file on the internet does. None of them is used by us to identify or track you.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service beyond what is described above, and our own code does not set cookies or store anything in your browser.

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as we reasonably need them to run the business, respond to follow-up questions, and meet our tax and legal obligations. Meta and Google retain the data they collect according to their own policies.
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will do so unless we have a legal reason to keep it. You can opt out of any follow-up communications by telling us. You can prevent the Meta Pixel from tracking you by adjusting your Facebook ad preferences, using a tracking-blocker extension, or disabling third-party cookies in your browser. Doing so will not affect your ability to use the site or request an estimate.
Our services are for adults and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
The site is served over HTTPS, and the services we use to store your information each maintain their own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
